Rules and Regulations of the All European VA
The All European VA is a virtual airline based in virtual flight simulation. All aircrafts, flights, bookings, shop contents, salaries and bonuses are virtual and not existing in reality.
- All European VA accepts memberships from persons of the age of 13 and over. All European VA does not accept memberships from persons younger than the age of 13 under any circumstances and without exception. In addition, All European VA does not allow any person under the age of 13 to join or post in its forum or to participate in the use of any online chat. All European VA shall make every reasonable effort to prohibit persons under the age of 13 from participating in any of these venues. Any account(s) created by persons under false pretences, or any account(s) created under false pretences by persons under the age of 13 which are discovered and verified by All European VA shall be immediately cancelled.
-
After your registration has been accepted, you should make your first flight within 21 days. If you are unable to do so within the given time, please contact a staff member. Please keep in mind that the available spaces within our virtual airline are limited in order to keep it manageable.
-
To remain marked as active on the pilot roster, you have to fly at least once every six months.
- You are very welcome to join our own TeamSpeak-3-Server (Servername all-european-va.eu) The All European VA is more than just a virtual airline - we are an active and growing community. If you want to use discord rather than TeamSpeak you can join our discord Server https://discord.gg/uawyRE439r
- Any type of time acceleration is not permitted. Any PIREP containing time acceleration will be rejected.
- At the All European VA you will use your own aircrafts. Those aircrafts are virtually purchased for your personal fleet and should only be flown by you.
- We have a unique form of aircraft maintenance. Every time you fly one of your dedicated aircrafts there will be a wear off on your aircraft. Your plane will start at a level of 100% condition. You can choose to send your aircraft into maintenance anytime you want - just hit us up with an email. Eventually your aircraft will be automatically sent into maintenance if it reaches a condition of 85%. Please note, that if the aircraft is at the maintenance facility it will be unavailable to fly for the time of the maintenance. The length of your particular maintenance depends on the status of your aircraft. Typically it takes about 12 - 24 hours.
- There is no landing rate limit - but be aware that if you land your aicraft with more than 1999fpm (feet per minute) or otherwise crash you will destroy your aicraft beyond the level of repairability. The VA needs to buy another type of aircraft for you. (for example the A320 costs about 56 million vEuro and it takes about two to three weeks to assemble. In this time the VA offers you a wet-lease aircraft so you can continue flying for the VA)
- You can fly any aircraft of your fleet on any route available - just be sure to choose the right aircraft from you fleet prior starting smartCARS.
- The most important rule of all: Have fun, be nice and always three green
